The SPD Wrap documents found on the right describe the Health/Dental/Vision/Long Term Disability/Life Insurance benefits provided by your plans. Please note you have the right to request and obtain a paper version of such documents, free of charge.
The Transparency in Coverage Rule requires health insurers and group health plans to create a member-facing price comparison tool and post publicly available machine-readable files that include in-network negotiated payment rates and historical out-of-network charges for covered items and services, including prescription drugs. This is an aid for employees, as they will be able to look up procedures by CPT code online and see what the allowed amount is:
